Over an hour wait and not even an acknowledgement. Because of this lateness (which, based on other reviews, is clearly the rule, not the exception), I only had time to cover one issue before literally rushing out. Had to pay $20 for parking when it would've been free, and my entire afternoon was messed up. Super rude and disrespectful of patients' time.
Had a terrible experience with Dr Bannister he was very patronising and rude and did not help me at all with what i came in for. I've seen countless of medical specialists for many years regarding my skin condition and I've never had such a poor experience. I never leave reviews but this was honestly so disappointing.
My daughter recently had an appointment with Dr Bannister, and unfortunately it was the most upsetting medical experiences she’s encountered. She left the consultation feeling dismissed, patronised, and emotionally worse than when she arrived. I was extremely disappointed by my visit with Dr M Bannister. I went in to discuss my eczema and I explained I didn’t want to rely on steroids anymore as i’ve been on them for 10+ years and they’ve only made my skin worse to which he became very rude saying “don’t believe shit you see on tiktok and social media” as if i hadn’t just told him my personal experience using the steroids. Dr Bannister was very understanding and diagnosed my problem quickly. Treatment has been very effective. Very efficient and caring. Definitely recommend this practice.
