I wasn’t impressed with Dr Gilmore. My consultation was approximately 7 minutes. She was pragmatic and I felt rushed. There was a lack of interest (in my opinion)

Had an appointment with Dr Bannister and he was the rudest doctor I have ever come across. He won’t look you in the eye, he’s extremely dismissive and condescending, he treated my issues as trivial and made me feel as though I was stupid for caring about them, he didn’t even say goodbye or look at me when I left the room. I was on the verge of tears in the reception room waiting to pay. If you’re a woman, don’t go here. I have a feeling this was gendered treatment.

Reception are extremely unkind….. especially when you’re paying so much money. Making the whole process so upsetting. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Not hard to be kind….

I had an appointment with Dr Gilmour as a new patient. After waiting 40mins I went back to reception who said, oh you want to know where you are? I was then told there was another 2 people before me so I asked for my referral back and left. Could have told me there would be a wait and or she was running behind. Nothing, not even an apology for wasting 1.5hrs of my time. Save your time and find a different dermatologist!
