Friendly efficient office personnel. Dentist is kind and friendly. They don’t try to upsell you. I have been a very happy customer with this business for over 20 years.
Very nice people. Very knowledgeable and professional. Very willing to help as much as possible. Always on time.
All With in two day. Ongoing painful chewing. I called, a appointment set for next day. Z-ray showed cracked tooth. Dr.McCollough worked through lunch hour. Oh joy this morning I’m chewing on both sides of my face. Dr. and staff restored my faith in health care.
Other than the electric chair, I'd be hard pressed to think of any chair I'd hate more to sit in than the dentist's chair. But Dr. McCollough and the staff have made it more than tolerable for me. He's efficient without being rushed, and thorough without being overbearing. Plus, he and the staff are friendly and are genuinely concerned in me having a satisfactory visit. I wouldn't at all hesitate to recommend North Shore Dental.
Emergency April 5 would not help until July 24. In so much pain.
