I broke my knuckle. Called in an appointment, was taken in within the hour. Half an hour after that, I was getting x-rays. The staff has been nothing but courteous to me, and answered every question I had. I can't speak for any of the other reviews, but I've experienced nothing but professionalism and genuine service.
