My BMW did not have lumbar support when I bought the car, which was not an issue until I got a back injury. I did some research and saw that a few people have performed a lumbar support retrofit, so after some research and by a recommendation from a friend, I contacted James to see if this is something he could do. Can please even the pickiest of auto enthusiasts! James the owner is very nice and knowledgeable, he will take the time to explain things. He also knows what he is servicing beyond just repairing! The only shop I will use if I need to have it serviced! You can stop looking, don't think twice, you won't be disappointed!!
James is a master mechanic and his advice and expertise is the best in the area
James is hands down one of the most knowledgeable BMW technicians I know. He is always honest and dependable. There is absolutely no reason anyone in the Boston MA area should go anywhere else for service and repair on their vehicle. Period. He IS your dealership alternative at a reasonable price.
Another fine experience at NSMW! In and out for an oil change in under 15 minutes! Thanks for squeezing me in today James and crew. You guys rock! I won't take my cars anywhere else...period!
