Took my Mercedes in for what I thought was a faulty ignition switch having received an estimate from the Mercedes Dealer of $1200 to fix. North Shore Motor Werks checked it out called me and said it was OK did not need repair or a new. Honestly a rare commodity today, they gained a customer today from now on if something goes wrong that is where I am going. Thank you NSMW
My first experience was fantastic! James recommended a different tire than the BMW originals, what a difference. I also had a noise that the BMW dealership could not or would not diagnose, noise gone! I found my guy since my warranty expires soon. Thanks James and crew.

James is the best BMW mechanic. We have owned BMW for 30 years. He knows BMW better than anyone I have ever dealt with. Whenever I have a problem with an old BMW or the brand new technology on the newest model, James knows and has a solution to the problem.
Just moved to the area and I absolutely LOVED having my car serviced by James and his team! They are all very professional and personable and did the work for half the price of a dealership! I couldn't even tell if my motor was running because it was so quiet when they were done with it. Definitely know who my new BMW guy is!
First time getting our 530i serviced at NSMW. Had a check engine light and front wheel shake. James diagnosed the problems quickly and correctly, and had the vehicle back to us in 2 days (needed new crank sensor and engine harness for check engine light, and new discs/pads for wheel shake). James explained the issues in detail. The car feels better than new now. I highly recommend NSMW based on our experience. Thank you James!
