From the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor, every contact was professional and done in a warm and caring manner. They combine the latest technology with the right personal touch to make for a positive experience.
I've had a fear of going back to the dentist after several bad experiences with numbing and feeling pain when getting cavities. I went to Dr. Ross the first time this year after 3 years of no dentist and he was PHENOMENAL! He kept open communication throughout my entire cleaning and explained the photos to me as well. Dr. Ross took the time to give me in depth information which I appreciated. Nobody likes going to the dentist but I definitely feel like him and his staff make the experience much easier.
Today was the first time I've been to North Shore Artistic Dentistry. When I walked in the door I was greeted with a welcoming smile and a very well organized office. This was my first time going to a dentist in a long time and I felt very comfortable here. All or my questions were answered clearly and with feedback. I highly recommend this practice!
