Dr. Jordan and the staff are great! They are very understanding and take great care of our Sasha when we come in.
Best Veteranarians & clinic in the County. They have taken such good care of my 12 year old yellow lab. They call frequently to keep you informed of procedures they are performing & recommending. Awesome, caring staff.
Love North Shelby Animal Hospital. Just had Gracie in for her annual check up but have also been in for some emergency visits. Always feel like my pet and I are treated very well. Would recommend the facility.

This is a group that really cares about your pets! Dr. Hicks and Dr. Jordan both have an amazing bedside manner. They were ALWAYS upfront with us about the seriousness of any issues going on with our dog, Ace, and never inflated any costs. Dr. Hicks was a constant presence the last month of Ace's life (after his cancer diagnosis) She called us regularly just to check on him even though his treatment was being handled by an oncologist at a different veterinary office.
