Very inviting I have used them 3 times, every time when I'm over here visiting. I have found the flowers gorgeous and different and they have tended to last over the week. The service I have received has always been warm and helpful, making me feel like nothing is too much trouble. Will continue to use them every time I visit, may they long continue

HORRIBLE I have had about 10 arrangments delivered to me in the last week or so. Flowers have been wilted and brown on arrival, last only a day or two, and aren't done well at all. They look NOTHING like their photos on their website. I called to discuss and was yelled at. She tried to blame me. Worst customer service I have ever gotten, and I'm just out of surgery/hospital and I told her that. She should know anyway, as they have delivered so many get well flowers to me!! I hope they go out of business This establishment operated by the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with! I was trying to make an order over the phone for the same day ("get well soon") flower delivery, as my dear family friend just had a cancer removal surgery. The person first told me that they are not sure if this is possible since I called in 15 minutes past the deadline for the same day delivery, than I was placed on hold. Most Beautiful Flowers I've Ever Received There are quite a few well-known florists in Scottsdale and Phoenix, but North Scottsdale Floral is absolutely amazing. The owner, Marg, took the greatest care of me when I needed last-minute flower arrangements for a Christmas party, and there was no price penalty! Great arrangements My husband surprised me with flowers from here for our anniversary and I felt so special! The arrangement was beautiful and came in a standard vase. He got me roses. :) They lasted about a week and then I put them in my flower press so that I could remember them! I put the date/occassion on the sheet that I pressed them into.

Very good I always order flowers for my wife from this place and so they have almost come to know me personally. Infact they often also remind me of some important dates (though I remember myself as well-lest my wife reads this sometime ;) ). The staff is very cordial and friendly. They always deliver on time and have got the idea from my wife that they are very well-mannered and pleasing too when they deliver. Not expensive also, pretty decently priced and the flowers remain fresh for almost a week.

Florist I have used North Scottsdale Florist on a couple of occasions with happy results. I have tried their FDT and also just some local arrangements and I am never disappointed.
