I went to this doctor 5 years prior for another colonoscopy doctor is amazing and the staff are fantastic talked me through each step made me feel very comfortable will definitely be going back to the same clinic in 5 years hopefully same doctor and staff
I truly recommend this clinic -100%! The whole staff from receptionist, the two Ann’s,Sabrina, anesthesiologist(didn’t get his name) and Dr.Vincent Thien were amazing- empathetic, patient, informative, upbeat and efficient.They understand that patients are nervous and are really caring to put you at ease. I had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy today. Everyone from the receptionist to the medical staff was very nice. Some doctors could even communicate with Chinese patients in simple mandarin and told patients to relax as much as possible, which immediately eased my tension. The doctor who inserted the IV needle told me beforehand that it might hurt a little, but I didn't feel anything at all. Her skill level was very high, and the dosage of anesthesia was just right.
