I highly recommend this clinic. It's my second time going there for my procedure with Dr. Thien. Great experience as usually, from Dr. Thien and all the staff, thank you all.
I am also shocked by the unprofessional and inconsiderate treatment my grandmother experienced in this place. The receptionist wearing scrubs was NOT empathetic or respectful at all and this was particularly the case with an elderly woman who might have hearing problems. They mentioned her confidential medical condition loudly so all the people in the waiting room could know her condition. People looked at her and she was humiliated. Thank you to Dr. Vincent Thein, who was kind, informative, and made the process smooth and reassuring. His calm and confident demeanor instantly put me at ease. She never answers the phone, but she will reply. Chinese female nurses are more impatient.
Great and friendly Doctor and staffs. Give clear instruction before and after exam.
