Maintenance is exceptional here. Not only are they really accommodating, but they also respond to issues fast! It’s great.
North Royal Oak Apartments is mostly a good place, although not always perfect about everything. I did reach out to them after a notice about rent that I already paid for and they apologized about it and corrected their mistake. I just hope that's not on repeat.
I just moved in to a beautifully renovated one bedroom and I could not be happier. The staff in the leasing office are really amazing, friendly, and super accommodating. I had a few special requests for accessibility and a even a few misc. requests and they agreed to all of them without hesitation. Really a uniquely amazing experience.
