It will be three years I moved here and love it! Perfect location close to everything.
Where to begin. Horrible conditions on move in. Dirty unit. The pool was never cleaned and the bottom had a layer of filth, the water had a nice oily shine to it as well. Poor maintenance management with no follow up or communication. They are attempting to embezzle my security deposit for which I’ve retained an attorney. Stay here if you support slum lords.
I lived here for 5 years and before that 2 years at the Woodward Court location (same property management) So a total of 7 years and It has been wonderful I enjoyed all my time here. Apartments are updated and have nice appliances. Maintenance is quick, affordable and location is great! Short walk to downtown and easy freeway access. 10/10 Recommend over any of the other options in Royal Oak. Phil is best!
