My dog blew out her knee again today, nine months after surgery to “fix” it. Unfortunately the surgery performed is not recommended for a dog of her weight. Prior to her surgery in March, we were never told she would have to be confined to a cage for 12 weeks. Never heard from the vet after calling the office to let them know of this omission which we found out because we read the post-surgical instructions. I guess money was more important than the proper care of my dog. Horrible.
We love N Roswell Vet Clinic -- we took our cat there for over 15 years and always felt we had excellent care -- Dr S takes the time to explain what's going on at each visit and is available for any concerns. When we recently had to make the difficult decision to put her down the entire staff was so caring and concerned. They really understand our 4 legged kids are part of the family. We look forward to bringing our new kitten there for many years to come!

We have been taking our pets to NRVC for many years. We trust Dr. Shepherd and his staff with the care of our fur babies. We have weathered some rough times with the staff at NRVC... recently losing our 14+ year old sheltie, Maggie. Dr. Shepherd walked us through all of our options and was there for us when Maggie went to heaven. The staff at NRVC are the best... such caring individuals. We still have two dogs and take them both to Dr. Shepherd. If you're looking for a vet clinic in North Fulton... look no further.
Dr. Laketa is AMAZING!! I trust her care & judgement far above any others with my fur babies! We live an *hour & a half* away from NRVC but whenever one of my doggies needs a surgery or any type of serious treatment--believe me--she is well worth the drive over!!
