I have an excellent experience living in this apartment. The place is clean, modern and very well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is spacious and bright, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. The location is perfect: close to supermarkets, public transport, restaurants and green areas. Besides, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I’d definitely say that you get a lot for what you pay for. These are definitely on the cheaper side but they are super cute. We have an updated apartment and so far it’s been great. The size is amazing. The pool is beautiful. And a decent gym. I often see lawn care showing they take pride in making the community look nice. The only negative is you can’t pick your neighbors and if you don’t smoke you might get stuck living next to a chain smoker and it will seep through the walls. Great community. Very friendly, seems like a nice and safe place to live.
Moved in over a year ago. They promised they would fix our tub since it was caulked in with mold and the tub itself is peeling and generally not a place to get clean safely. I'm prone to health issues and dizzy spells and a reason we picked this complex to move into was because of the tub. We have put in work order after work order and have only accomplished getting it recaulked. Management keeps saying "give us a couple days" and then ghosting us.
