I moved to North River Landing in the summer of 2023, shortly after the property underwent changes in ownership and management. Those changes were definitely for the better. I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment experience. North River Landing is affordable, clean, quiet, and in a convenient location. They have continued to update both the units and common areas, which made the community feel well cared for. I have an excellent experience living in this apartment. The place is clean, modern and very well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is spacious and bright, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. The location is perfect: close to supermarkets, public transport, restaurants and green areas. Besides, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I’d definitely say that you get a lot for what you pay for. These are definitely on the cheaper side but they are super cute. We have an updated apartment and so far it’s been great. The size is amazing. The pool is beautiful. And a decent gym. I often see lawn care showing they take pride in making the community look nice. The only negative is you can’t pick your neighbors and if you don’t smoke you might get stuck living next to a chain smoker and it will seep through the walls.
