They KNEW I was out of network and didn’t tell me before the procedure. My dentist said they ask them if the patients are in network, if not they refer to someone else. This place of course is blaming me for not calling my insurance. Since when do patients have to verify eligibility?????? HORRIBLE, hateful people. They said the owner, BRAD DAVIS won’t speak to patients about bills. She said THEY KNOW MY INSURANCE IS OUT OF NETWORK!!!! Yet they didn’t tell me. It’s all about the money, definitely NOT patients.
Pain free root canal! Very reassuring staff, calming atmosphere, and quick procedure. If I ever needed another root canal I would go here in a heartbeat!
The office did not disclose that my insurance would pay zero as a non covered service before treatment. I paid my estimated amount provided at service then received a large bill in the mail saying it wasn't a covered service. I've never not had my eligibility checked and provided that info before I had treatment done. When I called to pay it, the office said it wasn't their responsibility and couldn't help. I wont be back.

Just had my second root canal done with Dr Davis and couldn't be happier. He always is professional, happy to explain anything to you if you ask, and gets you in quickly. He uses the rubber dams and the bites so you don't have to keep your mouth open, so much more comfortable. He personally walks you to the front and I would recommend him to anyone!
