They’re inhumane in respect to not providing a bathroom with a light that will stay on longer than two minutes. It’s a horrible experience to go in for an early morning visit, to a medical tenant, before there are people frequently walking in to trigger the motion sensor. The bathroom light turns off after two minutes. It’s happened several times and it’s never fun. Don’t make me explain why one might need more than a couple minutes. Don’t make me explain the awful predicaments it puts one in. Get it fixed.

My 3 year tenancy at North Rim's Mt. Jefferson property was great! The building is in a great part of town, it was kept up and clean, and the communication from staff was excellent. I would have stayed, however, we gained an empty room in our home so I moved my office back home. I would highly recommend North Rim and if I ever need a commercial office again, North Rim will be the first place I look.
