Family run business and each one of them are very knowledgeable and professional. They all treated me right and it was a pleasure to buy my bike from them.
Sales and service has always treated me right. I travel from Savannah because I trust these guys. Bought a Royal Enfield back in 2022 and they delivered it for free to me in Savannah. Now I take my Triumph Tiger Sport 660 to them for service.
I work Sales at Charleston Triumph since 2023. I bought a Triumph and traded in a Ducati because working with a local family dealership and having professionally trained service department is important to me. Working with the people here is a pleasure and I enjoy selling top quality machines. The difference between extraordinary and ordinary is big so we take complaints seriously. Not we're sure what it's with motorcycle dealerships and their entitlement never ran into the issues like this in the automotive industry. Reached out about a listing they had on Facebook marketplace. Decided to give me attitude. I cannot recommend this dealership.
