Been living in north ridge crossing for about 4yrs now all staff are friendly and full of life maintenance workings are always on top of there job and always are respectful
ATTENTION:If you are facing eviction please take my advice. Due to the new management their has been a lot of questionable evictions.A personal friend of mine was sent an eviction notice.The notice didn’t state why so she went to the office.The new office manager said it was due to the behavior of her guests and the one strike policy.We went to court and spoke with the manager.We started that she didn’t need an eviction on her record because she paid her rent on time and has never been in violation of her lease. This place is evicting people making up reasons on why they kick people out and im done with it its trashy and the management sucks the put on my sister record that she had behavior problems when she never had trouble there in the first place her 6 years living there im removing myself from this place if i was yall tell yall people not to move here i promise it wont last long
The new management is horrible he is targeting certain people saying they are late on their rent that wasn't even due yet and also is complaining about other peoples guest i will be taking myself off this wait list today
