My husband and i have been looking for a place to live after an issue at our old apartments. We went in for a tour last saturday and when we showed up no one was there. We were told by Alexis that there was an “emergency” and i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and reschedule. Really nice tour, all the questions were answered, very friendly.
They left a note on my husband’s truck for out of date registration (it’s not). They told him he had until May 8th to get a license plate sticker (we are from OK). We had already renewed the registration online prior to him coming to Texas to work but hadn’t received the sticker in the mail yet. The note said he had until May 8th end of day. He was coming back to OK on the 8th and would have gotten the sticker. They had the towing company come the morning of the 7th. We now have to pay $300.00 + for a fully legally registere... read more
