your bus drivers are awful they run stop signs do 40 In a 25 A School zone mind you. you hire junkies drunks and teenagers to drive the kids around. hmm government funded 💩 company
Pay there drivers better.
They purchased our bus company and removed our bus stop. They did NOT publish the routes until TWO days before school. This company expects my children to walk across a three lane almost four lane road by the highway off and on ramps with people speeding. This is NOT safe now, and will be even more unsafe in the winter when it is dark.
They bought our schools’ bus company. Made new routes. My child’s route is not on it. I find this out THE NIGHT BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS. complete fail NRT. Oh yeah their voicemail box is full so I can’t reach them tonight.
The office staff are very rude. Arrogant disrespectful to the van drivers. Favoritism runs strong. Cliques among many cd drivers. I have been driving for this company for 10 years and the attitudes from the office are awful. I used to love my job but now it's just another job.
this bus passed me in the commuter lane when it was closed going over 80mph weaving in and out of traffic til she got off at the 110 exit. i called office and emailed them asked for a call back. not one response. obviously safety is not one of there concerns
Absolutely the worst means of transportation in Eastern Ma! Malden Public is cutting corners on their children with special needs and using NRT instead of Malden Transportation. Many parents including myself have voiced issues with children taking this new bus service to school and have gotten little to no results. Many of us have had to start transporting our own children for safety reasons and bc this company hires employees that are apparently not paid very well nor are they trained.
