Over the last 80 years, the small Ford franchise has grown to become the largest volume Ford dealership in New England. Went through true car. Not only did they NOT offer a price through true car, they wouldn't match another dealer's true price. This is the third time they couldn't offer me a good price and I ended up buying from somewhere else. I gave three stars because everyone there are really friendly. I just think management needs to rethink their price structure. Too bad. :( I really did want to buy a car from you. Maybe next time?

An outstanding car-buying experience. This dealership's customer care is absolutely outstanding. After taking delivery of my 2015 Outback, a problem surfaced with the functioning of the key-less entry system. The support provided during the perplexing issues by Dave, Phil and Mike went above and beyond and worked with me and Subaru to get the parts necessary to (finally) resolve the issue.
