Stop the practice of upselling unnecessary repairs. Just disgusting and pathetic. No patience for a place that tries to take advantage of people. Shameful
I went in without an appointment to see why my seat was not working--I was heading out for a long trip. They were understaffed for the day and were working hard to get through the cars that had a legitimate appointment. Regardless, the foreman and the office manager made time to look at my seat and fix it on the spot--they didn't charge me for it! Excellent service.
