Great place and friendly staff. My son and I were playing and my glasses were broke. I stopped in and the lady in the front went in the back and found a part that would work so I could continue to wear them. Lucky for me the warrantee was still in place by a few weeks and they ordered another pair and gave me 3-5 business days. 2 days later I got the easy text notification that my frames were in. SWEET! I went in and the changed out the frames with out question. Would recommend to everyone!
This is such a great place and everyone is extremely nice. I had to bring my newborn with me to my appointment and they were very helpful.
The worst experience of my life. This place is so greedy. They push you through so rapidly, you feel like you are on a cattle drive. Horrible, they will hurt you and make your eyes sore just to make a another dime off your insurance. Very, very uncomfortable with the way they treat innocent patients attempting to see better! :(
The staff was suuuperchill and helpful with explaining benefits and Dr. Hite was massively knowledgeable with an amazingly calm, friendly demeanor. Definitely met all my needs.
Have never had such a thorough eye exam and a Dr. That actually listens to concerns and looks into them. So happy we were referred his a couple of years ago! Also love that he can take care of my entire family. Thank you Dr. Hite and your team are amazing.
