The service was great as always, since the moment you walk in the door to the time you walk out the door.
Excellent professional care, with friendly staff.
I had a problem with a crown and I called them early in the morning and I was able to come over and see the dentist. They took good care of me and we are on our way of resolving the problem.
I had another cleaning and yet again, the staff was courteous and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Shannon is a great dental hygienist and I always look forward to my next appointment so I can catch up with everyone around the office!
7:10 AM appointment ...In on time .. Out ahead of time ... Only 15 minutes late for work! :)
Everyone was great. Shannon is a such a great hygenist. Her work on my teeth and gums was not stressful at all. She went straight to work on my mouth and did an excellent job!Thank you. I hope to get her the next time I come in. In fact, I am putting my request in now. Have a great week!
Every time I go to this office, I have a great experience. I've been going for a couple of years now and have had fillings, and my wisdom teeth pulled, so I've been more than just the twice a year for cleanings.
Information sharing, customer service, and promptness of the visit were all exquisite! The front desk staff shared valuable information regarding potential new customer discounts and for uninsured patients. It is always a pleasure to go to Dr. Martin's office.
Everyone was extremely helpful and considerate. I was in and out on time and also had time for a helpful and informative consultation about a crown. Before I left, I had an appointment for Stage One of the crown process, a cost estimate, and the possibility of a discount. What great team work!
