I was very impressed with the demeanor of the front office. They were very knowledgeable or found out answers they didn't know. The staff worked well together to handle my appointment. They suggested treatment, but didn't force the issue. They let me determine what I wanted to do in my time frame. They were all very considerate and like a family caring for my dental health & problems.
Ive never been happier with a dentist office an their staff, I always feel welcome and I think you do a great job taking care of all my dental needs. I like the service, the friendly staff, the magazines while i wait and the call to check on me if i had dental work. I always tell friends they should go to you. The only problem I have is if I miss the reminder call, the message says I must call back the office or may lose my appt. I find that very aggravating as, I made the appt, I'll be there and I'd call if I couldn't make ... read more
