Though it took a little long for my daughter's appointment but the dental practice gave me a Starbucks coupon and apologized. They handled my scared daughter well as she had her first cavity filled.

I have been coming here for a little over 6 months now...and everytime I am here, I am always so thrilled with the customer service and friendliness of the staff. Every single lady who works in this office if off-the-charts in terms of their great attitudes and friendly demeanor! I can't say enough about every lady I have dealt with here. I couldn't ask for a nicer group of people to work with! This visit in particular, Tristan was terrific as always...she opitomizes true customer service! Village Dental at Greystone is located in a relaxing environment. The staff is always very friendly. I never feel like anyone is rushing me out the door - Shannon took great care of me, answering all my questions about my teeth and gums, and helping me find solutions that work for me, for taking better care of them. I really appreciate that the staff never rushes me, and takes their time talking through procedures/options and during cleanings.

Everyone working there very professional, while still being very cordial and amiable. Technicians and Dentist both very knowledgable about questions. Had great answers. Clearly have a passion for the jobs they do. Will be going back every 6 months.
