They really start to charge everything, which makes sense because there are so many empty rooms. The reason I’m pissed is because they don’t tell you, but they charge you 120 wall painting ( they tell you they paint every room so don’t worry about putting glue on the wall, so you think it’s free), and 120 for cleaning kitchen and bathroom on top of 158 cleaning fee, it’s just an excuse because deep cleaned them when we moved out, it’s definitely cleaner than when we moved in. Where do I even start with this place. I lived here a few years ago with the old management and it wasn’t bad at all. I moved back here a little over a year ago with the new management and it’s severely gone downhill. Landscaping is always a mess, there’s holes in the ground all over from sprinkler access and whatever else that don’t get covered up and just get left open, one of the sprinkler access ports has been flooded and a swamp for as long as I’ve been here.
