This property is a reap-off. They have been trying to bill me $250 for unit that I never signed a lease for. After paying the application and administrative fee, they reached out to me that I had to pay three times the rent which I informed them severally on text and phone that I was no longer interested in the property and they stopped contacting me, only for me to get an email this month that I have an outstanding balance of $250.
