Half of your security deposit will be taken to “clean the carpets” no matter what you do because they tell you not to clean them yourselves on move out. No matter what you do the best you can get is 50% of your security deposit back. Wasted hours following their long list of requests to clean on move out for half of my money back.
I’m very sad we were left with a bad experience leaving the North Pointe Villas. We enjoyed our apartment but were very disappointed when the complex ended up taking $4000 of our money. We had met with staff when we found a house to buy and had asked for any opportunity to save money since we had no control over when the right house would pop up.
