I have had Butch and his employees for the past 10 years. They are great. Always here when they say they will be. They do my furnace check every year. I just had a plumbing problem and he called me on a Sunday and I said all would be OK til Mon. He was here by 9:30 Mon, called the Co he uses for cleaning out pipes and they were awesome and very friendly. He takes very good care of his customers and I would highly recommend Butch/North Pointe to anyone.

We have had scheduled work and emergency work with North Pointe and Butch. Customer service, product, and performance are all top notch. They just saved an event at the Wisconsin Street Hall when new water mains and fire hydrants out front caused blockages in the water pipes in the building. Butch was there within 20 minutes of our call and did not leave until he knew Judy understood how to turn a valve back on in the morning and what to do if it began leaking.
