This is not the type of neighborhood I wish my family to be in. An individual has caught a neighbor stealing items from her porch. Another neighbor walks around aimlessly, clearly high and mentally unstable. To top it off, my family and our friends have been consistently harassed by our neighbor, who is also the VP of the board.
