I was referred to North Pointe Eye Associates recently and I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I was especially impressed with the retinal mapping test option that alleviates the need for those inconvenient eye dilation drops. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and very friendly.
Dr. Culbertson has been taking care of my eyes for several years, and I have always had first rate care. His staff cares about the patients and about providing the best service possible. I especially like their cutting-edge technology with machines that can see into the eye without the use of dilation drops. That is a major plus for me.
I was in an "eye emergency" and luckily North Pointe Eye Associates was able to see me within an hour of being referred by another doctor. They were very thorough. I went back a week later for a full eye exam and bought two new pairs of glasses! Excellent people and service!
Late last year my glasses were destroyed in an outing with friends, and I was traveling to New York the next day. Fortunately, North Pointe Eye Associates was there to save the day--they were able to locate lenses, have them cut, and fitted them to me all within a matter of hours. I was able to travel to New York and conduct my business hassle free, thanks, in part, to North Pointe!
I've been a patient with Dr. W. Edward Culbertson for about more than a decade and wouldn't trade him for anyone. I love the digital retinal imaging that he does, no dilation! Wonderful way to have your eyes checked.
