My daughter arranged the viewing. Chad was great and brought it in out of the rain for us. The vehicle was in good condition, but a bit of clean up was missed. This was really a nice condition car. Chad let us drive. Then, we worked out a price in like 15 min. Then we left to get a loan the next day while Chad did the paperwork. This is HUGE. Chad rocks! Bought a 2010 WRX and it's awesome. Small dealership with a great car selection and employees that take their time with you. They even offer post-purchase services such as sound systems, rims and even have a shop to work on cars and install after market performance parts. First time buying a car from a dealership, would compare North Pointe to a "mom and pop" restaurant and other dealerships I dealt with were more of like going to Olive Garden.
