Chad and Bill SAVED OUR CHRISTMAS. Had unfortunate car wreck, totaling a very old, but very important car - used to get 2 members of our household back and forth to work. Without the car, workplace is well beyond walking distance, and has a zero tolerance for absenteeism regardless of the Life circumstances.
