I have lived at North Pointe Apartments for four years, and it has been a terrible experience. The management changes almost every year, and nothing ever improves. I have filed multiple complaints about serious maintenance issues, including no hot water, water leaks, cracked walls, excessive noise, flooding in the bathrooms, and mold concerns. Pesimo el mantenimiento no areglan llevo años pidiendo que cambien la carpeta voy a la ofina las que travajan ahi te atienden de mala gana .
terrible place,it has roaches,rats,and plus people have broken door and the main office does not even care about it.The new manager does not listen to orders given by people who live here.the mail is messed up there’s bunch of mail,packages that are getting stolen cause the mailboxes spin around and people steal.Its so dirty there and like there’s no one taking care of the laundry room and mailbox area so disgusting.
