First of all,this does not even deserve a 1 star,deserves zero.These apartments are so trash,plus the management does not do shit to clean up it’s been MONTHS since the cleaning ladies have came.And don’t even start with with mail,it’s HORRENDOUS,people stealing your packages,your mail thrown in the trash,you mail in the floor.management does not do anything about it,they be doing stuff that’s unnecessary like charging 20$ for trash cans which is bs.Also they don’t put cameras where the mailboxes are located it has a blind s... read more
Extremely disappointing experience. I was supposed to move in between 8/3–8/16, but didn't actually receive the apartment until 8/27 — despite multiple in-person visits and emails trying to get an answer from management. When I did the walkthrough, several issues were pointed out that were supposedly going to be fixed: the bathtub was in terrible condition (I was told it had already been repaired — it hadn't — and then told the "real" fix would leave me without a working shower for 24 hours), and part of the floor has a loud... read more

I have lived at North Pointe Apartments for four years, and it has been a terrible experience. The management changes almost every year, and nothing ever improves. I have filed multiple complaints about serious maintenance issues, including no hot water, water leaks, cracked walls, excessive noise, flooding in the bathrooms, and mold concerns.
