Excellent customer service Having had a bad experience with another dealer, it was really refreshing to have exceptional customer service from a car dealer. I brought my car in because someone had hit my car and I wanted a recommendation on how to repair it. Not only did the service department wash my car, they also tried to buff out the scratches, all at no charge. I waited about 30 in the waiting area, that provided refreshments and reading materials. I got this all done during my lunch hour. I was very happy when I left!
They don't know volvos! I brought my 2005 Volvo s60 in to get a headlight replaced because I was having problems replacing it myself. I asked if I could watch the repair man install it to see if he had any tips on how to install without hurting my hand. They were courteous to allow me to watch, but I swathe repair,an "rip" the air intake out of my car, he replaced the light and tested the light to find there was an "electrical" problem. Quality and Service This location has a beautiful lot of both new and used cars. My family enjoys this place because it isn't high pressure, the sales associates are always polite and helpful. You can just drop by and look and gather more information without feeling the pressure of a sales associate. Parking is good, the location is easy to find. The showroom is beautiful. Bathrooms are clean. Highly recommended.
Full service dealership San Diego Volvo knows the value of good customer service. They Sales department is very thorough but it is the Service Department that really shines! They have new and used car sales departments, a well-stocked parts department as well.
Thanks Volvo of Princeton Service Department! I was visiting from Ohio and encountered a mechanical problem with my 2006 Volvo C70. I called on Saturday morning and they scheduled an appointment immediately. When I arrived the staff was professional and courteous and got my car in right away. Within minutes they diagnosed the problem and gave me further good news that the part was covered by an extended warranty. Overpriced Volvo of Princeton is overpriced and they encourage you to fix things that don't necessarily need to be fixed. I would recommend taking your car to another place to get fixed.

Great Experience Had a wonderful experience at Rusnak Volvo. We went there knowing exactly which car we wanted to check out (S60) and was helped by the Internet Manager, Kim Walker. Although I cannot speak for the rest of the salesmen at Rusnak Volvo, Kim was awesome - not pushy or like a classic "car salesman", but instead was really friendly and was super knowledgable about all of the car stats and "the numbers."
