Those condos are across the street from me and I will say I’ve never had any issues with the people or any problems. The property is unkept and nice. The people living there seem to stay to themselves and I like that because I do the same.
⸻ The place is not bad overall, but there are many drawbacks and unclear rules. You can’t even park your own car because many pickup trucks and minivans take up several spaces. But this is not the biggest problem. There is practically nowhere for children to play — stepping on the grass is prohibited, otherwise you get a fine or are denied access to the pool. Since August 2024 there 5 cars were robbed, 2 were stolen. People living here are nice and friendly, but all those crime factors are really bad and personally I don’t feel myself safe here anymore. Plus a big noise from cars, ambulance, police and firefighters…
