JULY 23'- It makes my heart hurt to see how reviews have gone in the tank. The North Pointe family experienced a tragic loss and ended up selling to Casteel. Please understand they didn't sell because they wanted to. There was no other choice. Please keep the North Pointe HVAC family in your prayers. Unfortunately, they have been bought out by Casteel, which as been by far the worst HVAC company I have ever worked with.

Northpoint was a great company but now they’re owned by casteel. Do not use this company!! their customer service is *terrible* the people are extremely rude, they don’t come when they say they’re going to come when they do come they don’t fix anything and then reschedule another time to come out we’ve had somebody at our house four different times for a unit that’s not even a year old and this company is too incompetent to fix it, go with a small business owner who actually cares about their customers…we need another unit r... read more
