Good experience all the way around. Dr Roccia was recommended to me by several friends. He extracted my tooth in record time. I am an anxious person so I did have in ear buds. lol.
Things I did not like: I received texts for two different times for my appt. (9:30 AM & 10 AM). It was for 9:45 AM. I got a call the day before saying they could not find my insurance, and that I would have to pay out-of-pocket. When I got there, I filled out forms with pen and paper, when most of the information I had already given online.
