I started with Dr olt half way thru my first pregnancy, seen Amy for most of it and then Dr ma actually delivered my son. When I had an ectopic pregnancy she took care of it and then in 2021 told me I would never have kids again. For 3 years I believed that and it took a mental toll on me. In 2024 I had 2nd opinion and they told me I could still conceive and get pregnant. I would NEVER return here due to lack of communication consistency and lack of listening and understanding.

Jamie King lied about why she could not fill my prescription when I reached out, because she’d done it previously. - come to find out it was because she discharged me and I was never told. Thanks so much for being understanding Jamie, and then blocking me on Facebook ♥️ I truly believe it’s more a personal vendetta with an old employee that I know so I feel so blindsided.

When I first needed a gyno, I requested a woman, it just felt more comfortable. I saw a female gyno for 8 years, and I stopped seeing her because she would not listen to me. I started with Jamie/Dr. Ma at a friend's recommendation. Dr. Ma listened to me. When I told him I was still having on going symptoms related to endometriosis, he did not tell me I was wrong- he listened, we talked about treatment options, the possibility that the symptoms were caused by something else. The medical staff is barely ok, the front desk is rude. Many people I know have done their deliveries here. Their expectation of your schedule can be strict and also the doctor can be hard to get availability or meet with.
