I was referred to Dr. Gross by my family dentist for some gum work and I was just in for my first procedure. Dr. Gross was great! I’m not a fan of dentists usually but he was very good. Talked about the procedure before we started, told me everything he was going to do, made me as comfortable as he could. His staff is friendly and helpful. I cannot more highly recommend the practice of North Penn Periodontal Associates which is owned, administered, and implemented by Dr. Howard Gross and his staff of professionals. He and his group have treated me both surgically as well as preventively for the past 15 years, on a continuing basis. They have certainly been responsible for the retention of several portions of my teeth during this period of time, and in a most cost effective way.
This is the greatest office ever. Totally professional. They care about their patients. They call you just to see how you're feeling. Very patient and reassuring to nervous patients.
Dr. Gross is excellent. He is highly skilled, courteous, thorough, honest, and most importantly takes time to explain what he is doing. Highly recommended!
