I was seeking advice (referred by a higher cost lawyer) and was told that Christine Crafts, Esq. would be an incredible advocate. My issue was that my former landlady didn't send my security deposit after I moved out. I told Ms. Crafts that I had written a demand letter and she has read it because I had emailed it to her office and planned on sending it Certified mail. It depends what you’re needing and who you get, they are usually busy and forgetful but it’s free so take it with a grain of salt I suppose. I have been ignored , I have been helped. you just have to be diligent with reminding them about what you need. Overall having any representation in certain situations is better than none, especially when you can’t afford someone.

I was referred to North Penn in late November over a housing related issue. After my initial contact, I had to chase after the attorney to whom I was assigned. We actually met on 8 December. She told me she would take action on my problem and did not consider my issue trivial. It has had a significant and negative impact on my quality of life. I have not heard from Lisa Brown Esq since. I have tried several times to contact her, I even sent a message to her office admins. Neither she nor her organisation have ever responded.... read more

Worst of the Worst 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Ed Crow stated he'll be representing us in a landlord dispute. After one phone call, he's been MIA for weeks. I've called, texted, and sent emails to Ed as well as the Managing Attorney, Sarah M. Andrew. Not a single call-back nor acknowledgement of any kind, even in light of an upcoming Hearing. To put it mildly, this blatant lack of action is unacceptable, disgraceful, and deeply unprofessional. Is this why you went to Law School? Are you proud of yourselves? 🤔 You should ALL be ashamed!
