I've tried recently to get help but no one returned my call. I called on them once again and they returned my call 1 day later for intake only. However I have not heard from an attorney.

I was referred to North Penn in late November over a housing related issue. After my initial contact, I had to chase after the attorney to whom I was assigned. We actually met on 8 December. She told me she would take action on my problem and did not consider my issue trivial. It has had a significant and negative impact on my quality of life. I have not heard from Lisa Brown Esq since. Absolutely useless. I'm unemployed and can't at my bills as is, but they think I make too much from unemployment compensation. Zero compassion or care from them. Don't get your hopes up contacting them, you're better off contacting the Lehigh Bar Association.

I was seeking advice (referred by a higher cost lawyer) and was told that Christine Crafts, Esq. would be an incredible advocate. My issue was that my former landlady didn't send my security deposit after I moved out. I told Ms. Crafts that I had written a demand letter and she has read it because I had emailed it to her office and planned on sending it Certified mail.
