Not a good experience. I bought a new vehicle from Northpark and was not given my paperwork. Almost a month later, still waiting on my paperwork. This is not acceptable. I have called the salesperson twice and finance person twice. I have bought many cars from several dealerships and this has never happened to me.

I arrived and was warmly welcomed by John, then by his office partner, Zack, and between them both, my afternoon was not only great for my car, but for me as well!
