Used to be better before new management took over and they changed the name to Sapphire. Now, it sucks more. Some maintenance issues take months, and when its a big enough problem, not only is it handled slowwwwwww, but they don't even offer a credit on rent or anything. So many people are moving out, you would think it was full of gangsters or racists. They also change out office workers like I change underwear. Always an interesting lobby experience. Would be nice if the desk clerk was functional in some meaningful way. Feel sorry for the tenants.
A spacious apartment is all you're going to get. Definitely not Tenant friendly
The new management is not the friendly staff we use to have You can not talk to corporate if you have a problem with the office staff I have lived here10 years and I will not be renewing my lease
The building is roughly 40 years old. You cannot get around that. The folks are attempting to market the units with an eye on possible development of the former Northland property. Now a very large boarded up expanse. The huge hotel across the way has been empty for quite a while. I hope they pull it off. A few issues. The pool is not heated and the dressing rooms are in terrible shape The walls and ceilings in many units bathrooms show signs of past repairs. Going downhill quickly. Seems to always be issues in this building.
I like my spatious living room. My own bathroom is always a woman's dream. I like so many of my neighbors, many are fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. I like the convenience store, and pharmacy. I like Michelle Day spa. I love pool and my balcony. I can call on my neighbors when I forget my keys. I like our new resident manager. I enjoy the work out area. The new flatscreens are an added bonus. I am relatively safe when hubby is out of town. My grand children can enjoy pool. I love seeing security on post. I miss the ass... read more
