I really don't get some of the reviews that I have read... thus prompting me to do what I don't usually do.... I don't normally follow up an appointment wth a rewiew.... however Ifeel That I should share about the warm personal care I recieve through Northpark OB/GYN Associated...I have never left with unanswered questions or confused about the care I recieve there. From the front Staff to the nurses.. and especially my provider... they are great! very professional but with a personal sense of family! I have referred friends... read more

Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns? No Is this OBGYN willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not likely Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? No

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!
