This is the worst customer service ever. I called parts, service, and sales, and they kept transferring me and keeping me on hold for over an hourhorrible customer service. Because the calls are not recorded, they decide to play mean with customers. I called more than five people today. They all kept me on hold for a simple question about a part cost.
Purchased our 2nd Lincoln from North Park last weekend. ****** and ****** were professional, honest and went above & beyond to make us happy! We will be back for more!
