The procedure that I had went well and the staff on site were great. The issue with this facility is, their billing office. Before the procedure I paid the estimated fee that was my responsibility. I did not hear from them until 6 months later and they said I owed an additional $969 and it was past due. My response was “ I just received my explanation of benefits and it shows I over paid, you owe me a refund of $396”. My husband had a procedure today and we cannot believe how awesome this facility is. The staff is super professional, friendly and compassionate. Thank you so much! Of course Dr. Keith Routh is the best

I only work here for almost a year but I felt at home working side by side with the well experienced staff and Doctors, I’m looking forward to come to work every morning, Our Director and clinical Manager are very supportive and sensitive to our needs either clinical or personal. This is my Dream place to work.
