Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump. My apartment was filthy when I moved in, there were roaches running through the place, and the price was outrageous for a place built in the 70 s. Once I moved out, the landlord took part of my deposit for cleaning fees, this after telling me the place looked fantastic after her inspection. You can easily find much better at a decent price!
