TERRIBLE. They screwed us over completely. We paid for the top of the line system, which they convinced us was the best, and then when it wasn't working THREE months after the install, they sent people out who didn't have the right tools or even understood how to fix the system. They provided a bandaid fix, even though we paid for a one year maintenance plan which is supposed to ensure "it works like the day it is installed" as well as two service visits throughout the year. This company doesn't communicate with each other. After the diagnostic appointment, they cancelled once on the fix and I rescheduled. Admittedly the second cancellation was my end, though it was a somewhat unpredictable issue (a failed lockbox). The third cancellation, they didn't show and when I called the next day they had no idea what happened and my appointment wasn't showing up in their system. With North Pacific Mechanical Job closing permanently, I felt saddened. The Boss named Brad or Chad, cannot remember the name, closed down the whole job, as to move to one hotel to deep clean, and I have never seen him around.
Great company and amazing owners! We had an issue with our central AC not blowing cool air and they were able to pin point the issue and resolve it very fast! Very knowledgeable and would highly recommend!
Deon came to service our HVAC the other day and was wonderful to deal with. He gave us very detailed information on what needed to be done to our system. I like how he took his time to explain what was wrong and how to go about fixing it. Great job, thanks!
