Good company to work for. I recommend North Pacific. I do think they need to get one or 2 more engines but a little bite Niger ones even for IA initial attack. if you want goo Company to wok with work for North Pacific.
I witnessed crew members high or drunk on a fire. Driver could not maintain his lane , kept swerving in and out of his lane. Driving 20 mph on in a 45. When they got passed they swerved at the other driver trying to force them off the road. The crew boss than proceeded to have the other company that past them kicked off the fire. Every time I have ever worked with them there is always something.
Great company, great staff. Hope to be with them for a long time.
