I have been billed for an appointment that my daughter never had. There was a snow storm, she called and said she could not make it. I have left 3 messages and nobody has returned my calls. They seem to think they can just keep sending me bills for a service they never provided. Very frustrated. I have been going here for 10 years with no problems and now they are completely ignoring me. 😡
Don’t make an 8:30 for your patients then decided to not show up until 8:45. This place is a ridiculous.
