It was everything I would expect from a doctor's office they helped me a lot and I feel a bit better now
This is the best instacare and Dr. office. Everyone in the office treats you with respect, kindness and professionalism. I keep coming back for the receptionist girls because they are so sweet and nice. I also come back for Dr. Pratte he always seems to know what works best and always creates a treatment plan that works best. I have been in and out of multiple IHC's this one is by far the best. Last night my 2 year old had a nurse-maids elbow. He was pulling his sister's hair and she grabbed his arm and pulled. I knew immediately what it was and that he needed his elbow reset. We rushed to the instacare and hoped they would do the 2 second procedure right away so he wouldn't be in screaming pain anymore. Instead they made us wait and listened to him scream for 30 minutes before seeing a PA. The only reason it wasn't longer was because I was persistent about him being helped right away. The staff was very friendly today when I went in. The DR took time with me, seemed very intelligent and compassionate, and made sure he addressed my symptoms. I was very pleased at the service! I would recommend this location and staff!
They care more about the clock than they do the patients. My daughter was in great pain and needed care for her ears. It was near closing time so I called and was told that they would be closing at 10:00pm. I knew it would be tight but that we would leave immediately and that I might be a minute or two late and to please allow us to come. We pulled in at 10:02 and the door was locked.
