North Ohio Sewer & Drain fixed a burst pipe for us two winters ago (Dec 2022). This spring the joint of the pipe they fixed had come apart and sprayed water in our basement (not attached properly?). I’ve called them repeatedly but no one answers the phone.
Second experience with NOSD was as good as the first! Mike and team were able to quickly resolve some plumbing issues at a rental property. NOSD was flexible with scheduling and able to communicate and coordinate with the tenants. I called NOSD for a slow drain, Mike and team were able to get me on the schedule quickly and resolved the drain issue. I would recommend North Ohio Sewer and Drain for any of your plumbing needs or issues.
