Honestly A+ stuff. Mike responded to my random texts on a Sunday, fit me in the next day and got everything fixed up which was a huge sigh of relief going into the week of Thanksgiving. Professional, honest, and highly capable. Thank you again!
This is my second time using North Ohio Sewer & Drain. First time was a sewer line backup and today for a slow bathroom drain problem. Everything was handled quickly from scheduling the appointment all the way to the completion of the work Mike is very thorough and always provides upfront pricing with no surprises. We had an excellent experience with Mike. I called yesterday and he was out to inspect and perform the work today. He tried to solve the problem and used his camera to assess the issue, so we didn’t jump to an expensive (and unnecessary) repair. I would recommend this company!
