I went in February with my left arm paralyzed and chest pain they did nothing. No meds! They were going to admit me but said they wouldn't be able to get someone to do the MRI for days. I was sent home crying. I had a massive stroke and have been in physical therapy now. If they had done there job they could have prevented all the damage. This is the worst hospital, and should be shut down. Last Thursday I went here for chest pain and not being able to breath. They told me a have a partially collapsed lung, and sent me home, was told back to come back next day at the radiology office to get another X-ray. When I went back I was refused!!! Went back to ER and was refused by them too! I then went to Fairview hospital, and was told that they talked with the doctor who read my first X-ray and I am to follow up with them on Monday. I liked it at first but 3 or 4 of the nurses and aides were very rude and acted like they were doing us a very big favor!! They didn't listen to the patients concerns (when she was ringing the nurse remote nobody would come) and she didn't get the rehab she was promised when she first went there after a stroke. From what I saw there all they wanted to do was medicate her so she would sleep and not bother them. I was very disappointed!
The staff was very friendly and made us feel like they really cared
